Free US shipping for all website orders over $150.

In-store pick-up is available. If your item is coming from a different location, it will take a few days for the item to arrive and be ready for pick-up. This is typically 3-5 days from the next business day when you purchase.

Note that USPS does have delays in their systems and we can, unfortunately, do anything about those.

All items will be shipped via USPS Mail. All shipments will be made within 24 hours of purchase Monday through Friday. Please allow 48 hours on weekends and Holidays. 

Shipments are all made Ex Works, which means risk of loss and damage after shipping is assumed by the purchaser. While we may assist with shipping related issues, the buyer is fully responsible for investigation and any potential loss, including but not limited to damage, loss, theft and all other risks.

All shipments to Canada incur a $25 additional shipping fee.

Orders of any size are eligible to add Insurance and/or Signature Confirmation on your package. If you would like to add either of these options please contact us PRIOR to purchase. Your easiest option is to purchase the Worry-Free Purchase option from SEEL, which provides support and protection for shipping related issues.

If you would like your item expedited to you, please contact us PRIOR to purchase. 

You will receive tracking information after your package has been processed and will be able to track your order.

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can easily report an issue to Seel via the Seel Resolution Center.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.
What should I do if my order was stolen after delivery?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.
What should I do if my order was lost during delivery?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report a loss 30 days after placing your order of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.
How long do I have to report a shipping issue?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders between 30 and 60 days after your order has shipped.
When will I receive my Worry-Free Purchase payout?

If your shipping issue has been accepted, then it will be dependent on your method of payout:

Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days following return acceptance
Virtual Visa Card: 1 hour following return acceptance
PayPal Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
Venmo Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, then Seel will send you a confirmation of your Worry-Free Purchase purchase via email. Worry-Free Purchase is not refundable unless the entire order is canceled.

Completed purchases may ship quickly. Cancellations are subject to the item still being in our possession, as shipped orders may not be cancelled or refunded. Once the tracking number is created, the package is likely already handed to the Carrier and its too late.
