Returns (Online purchases only)
Swap does not offer any returns due to the consignment nature of our business. If you have any issues with any online purchases, please contact us right away so we can discuss resolving the issues.
- Please email shoponline@swapboutique or call (225) 636-2425 prior to shipping back your item. We will issue a Return Approval Number (RAN) and a return shipping address. You may contact us about reconsigning those for resale.
- Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped with ALL tags attached.
- Include your RAN number and proof of purchase in the return package.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the mail.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within three business days. Your bank may take longer to process the credit once we have completed our credit process.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable): There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven't received a refund yet, please check with your financial institution, for it may be pending. If you still do not see your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
